Coronation 28 ‘A Walk Through History’ Out of Town Show

Friday, September 15 // Door at 6 PM // Show at 7 PM // $10 // 18+ The Imperial Sovereign Court of the State of Montana (ISCSM) works to educate and advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community, while promoting social tolerance through the production and enactment of drag performance. The ISCSM works to eliminate the historical oppression of LGBTQIA+ individuals through expansion of the boundaries of sex, gender, and sexual orientation. They create a safe and welcoming environment through the production of events which explore multiple gender expressions in a fun and educational atmosphere.  Join us the night before the ISCSM’s biggest event of the year! At the Coronation Out of Town Show, performers from across the country will come to Missoula. That’s right, from Seattle to Salt Lake City, and from Kentucky to Idaho, drag performers will come HERE to show us what they’ve got! Not Your Grandma’s Comedy Show

Thursday, September 14 // Door at 7 PM // Show at 7:30 PM // $15 General Admission // $5 for Seniors (60+)  Revival Comedy is thrilled to present a night of stand-up featuring seniors from across Missoula. This troupe of senior comedians have taken part in a free workshop series run by Revival Comedy and funded by the University of Montana’s Co-Lab for Civic Imagination (CCI), and this is the culmination of their efforts. Representation on stage is so important — and this night of comedy recognizes that when it comes to stand-up comedy, everyone has a story to tell and jokes to make. Come laugh, learn about your neighbors, and support storytellers in Missoula of all ages. Revival Comedy Presents ‘Comedians with Disabilities Act’

Saturday, July 29 // Door at 7 PM // Show at 7:30 PM // $15 Advanced // $20 Day of Show The Comedians With Disabilities Act is a troupe of comedians with two things in common: they have disabilities and they can tell a hell of a joke. This summer, they are touring the Pacific Northwest and are coming to Montana with a couple of local friends in tow. Don’t miss this night of comedy straight from the mouths of award-winning comics and activists.  The ASL Interpreter for tomorrow’s show has unfortunately had to cancel, and there is not another interpreter in town with availability on such short notice. We sincerely apologize for this change in the show’s accessibility. About Michael BeersMichael was born and raised in Montana. He was the winner of the Norman G. Brooks Comedy Competition at the Hollywood Improv in 2005.  Michael was also the previous winner of Funny Fest (Calgary Comedy Festival) and has opened for comedians like Gilbert Gottfried.  He is also a sought after keynote speaker on topics like humor, disability advocacy, education and community building. About Nina GIn addition to being a comedian, Nina G is also a college and corporate speaker and author of three books.  Most recently, her first solo album debuted at #1 on the Amazon and Itunes comedy charts. Her memoir, Stutterer Interrupted: The Comedian Who Almost Didn’t Happen, was released to critical acclaim in 2019 and is about realizing her lifelong comedy dream while overcoming internalized stigma. In February 2022, she launched her new book co-authored by OJ Patterson, Bay Area Stand-Up Comedy: A Humorous History. Nina has performed all over the United States and appeared on many daytime TV talk shows, NPR broadcasts, and podcasts.   About Steve DannerSteve Danner’s comedy career began as an audience member at a comedy club. That night, the comedian on stage started riffing with him and after Danner showcased his own riffing skills, the comic approached Danner after the show and suggested he give comedy a try. He soon began a career as a comedian and producer and has opened for many headliners such as Last Comic Standing Winner Felipe Esparza.  About Mean DaveComedian Mean Dave has opened for many notable comedians like Josh Blue, Big Jay Oakerson, and Jay Mohr, and has performed at colleges across the US. Mean Dave’s role in the Comedians with Disabilities Act helps to bring his critical message about addiction and disabilities to audiences around the world.    About Freya HallandFreya is a comedian, disability activist, and lifelong comedy nerd. She’s always tried to use comedy to make people look at disability in new and interesting ways. ‘All That Class’ Drag Experience

A time to exist freely in your own skin, a runway to feel your finest, and a space for queer loving kindness. Gracing the house with their iconic beats, queer DJs Auntie E & ’97 Romantique will be seen alongside a panel of local queer icons yet to be revealed. The runway will be open for all to walk.
