Revival Comedy Night for Zootown Exotics Rescue

‘Winter Blues’ Drag Show
Saturday, January 7 // Door at 7 PM // Show at 8 PM // $10 // Ages 18+ The Imperial Sovereign Court of the State of Montana (ISCSM) works to educate and advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community, while promoting social tolerance through the production and enactment of drag performance. The ISCSM works to eliminate the historical oppression of LGBTQIA+ individuals through expansion of the boundaries of sex, gender, and sexual orientation. They create a safe and welcoming environment through the production of events which explore multiple gender expressions in a fun and educational atmosphere. This January, in the spirit of those post-holiday feelings (holey stockings, Missoula, this winter is just DRAGGING on!), ISCSM presents a ‘Winter Blues’ Drag Show! Chris Gethard: A Father and The Sun

He’s the host of the Beautiful/Anonymous podcast, which was recently adapted into a 4-part series streaming on Topic, the former host of The Chris Gethard Show, and wrote and starred in the HBO special Career Suicide. He also hosts the podcast New Jersey Is The World, a celebration of his home state. In June 2021, Comedy Dynamics released Chris’ new comedy special, Chris Gethard: Half My Life, which is a hybrid tour documentary and stand-up special shot in a variety of DIY spaces and independent venues all over the country in 2019. Chris has been seen on television shows such as Space Force, The Office, Broad City, Parks and Recreation, and Inside Amy Schumer. He’s also been seen in films such as The Other Guys, The Heat, Ghostbusters, Anchorman 2, and was one of the stars of Mike Birbiglia’s Don’t Think Twice. Chris can most recently be seen in the HBO Max documentary Class Action Park. Featuring a fantastic line-up of Montana-based comedians, including Betty Sparrow, Tim Miller, Kev Hamm, Karissa Speroski, Nick Hyde, Mars Sandoval, Sarah Sandoval, Rale Sidebottom, Shelly Howls, Renee LaMie, Ferd Po, and Rale Sidebottom. FLC hosts community events and educational opportunities, including Decarbonize Your Money, which has resulted in the divestment of $1.5 Million from fossil fuels by Montana families over the last two years. FLC advocates for clean and affordable energy, co-leads the Montana Climate Stories project, publishes The Changing Times, and helps build skills for Montanans to communicate about the climate crisis across differences.
