Sound art is an artistic activity in which sound is utilized as a primary medium or material. Like many genres of contemporary art, sound art may be interdisciplinary in nature, or be used in hybrid forms, such as dance and performance. Organic Produce is PNW noise from Portland, OR. Max Nordile Hair Clinic is creative personal music from Olympia WA. Canta Brasil

The group features the unique vocal abilities of Magda Chaney, who sings expertly in Portuguese and is adept at a wide range of classic Brazilian styles. Utilizing a broad range of rhythms and percussion patterns, the band conveys the magical spirit of Brazilian Carnival! Composers such as Antonio Carlos Jobim, Gilberto Gil, Caetano Veloso, Vinicius Moraes, Edu Lobo, plus many others, are represented in Canta Brasil’s highly danceable repertoire. Christian Wallowing Bull w/ Maria Zepeda

Friday, March 29 // Door at 7 PM // Show at 7:30 PM // $10 // $15-$20 Artist Supporter Indigenous singer-songwriter, Christian Wallowing Bull resides in Wyoming, just outside the Wind River Reservation. With familial relations to the Wind River, as an enrolled member of the Northern Arapaho Tribe, his heart as a storyteller is to represent his own indigenous roots, and to bridge perspective and healing to the lives of those indigenous, as well as non-indigenous. He is a powerful voice in today’s industry. Ever since the humble beginnings of his first album release, “Warrior” in (2020), he has been leaving his growing audience and following in complete awe. With a voice like thunder, he carries an ancestral power in all of his live shows. Wallowing Bull released his first ever LP (full length album) “MY FIRST BUFFLAO HUNT” January 5th 2025. Many of his work is featured in several short films and documentaries. The rest of his inspiration comes from performing in Europe dancing and sharing his culture in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, UK, Scotland, and Ireland. He picked up the flute in May 2020 and started his musical journey downtown Missoula playing outside by himself or with other musicians of any genre. This has led him to acting, producing in movies and composing music for film. His music is described as ethereal and soulful, and his connection from his heart through his flute is felt in listeners’ souls. RO MYRA’s debut album Nowhere, Nebraska, is a complex reckoning with the past, a nuanced, literate reexamination of small-town life in the shadow of heartbreak, self-destruction, and second chances … a warm embrace of an album all about memory and forgiveness, growth and pain, freedom and fate, a collection that calls to mind everything from Lucinda Williams to Bruce Springsteen to Lori McKenna to Brandi Carlile to Sheryl Crow as it makes peace with the past in order to more fully inhabit the present. DYLAN RUNNING CRANE is a singer-songwriter from Browning, Montana, a place that remains the subject of most of her work. Wildlands + Calamity Cowboy + Austin Britton

Wednesday, March 20 // Door at 7 PM // Show at 7:30 PM // $10 // $15-$20 Artist Supporter Wildlands is an aspiring Indie Rock Quartet based out of Missoula. The band creates and performs with an electrifying stage presence for all to enjoy. The power of the songwriting and the chemistry between the members creates an infectious atmosphere full of excitement, heartbreak and the urge to move around. Wildlands is here to inspire, entertain and show the world the passion of music. The band consists of Ben MC, the snow loving frontman. Josh Streit, the resident electrician that rips on the guitar. Runyon Matthews, the 1# King Gizzard fan that lays down the bass and Spencer Nelson the Titan of sound behind the drums. Calamity Cowboy is the colloquial name given to a group of viscous homunculi believed to have originated sometime in the early 19th century. After aimlessly wandering for a couple hundred years they decided to start a rock and roll band together. They play a blend of country and psychedelic rock that has garnered them tens of fans. It’s the real deal! Austin Britton has been playing music his whole life, and has been doing it in Missoula the past 4 years. The band was formed in Missoula one summer ago and has been following their dreams ever since.Joyride is an alternative rock band hailing from Missoula. With Elements of the ’90s and early 2000s rock, Punk, Emo, and Grunge. The sonic sounds of Joyride can go from rambunctious noise to soothing guitar melodies, to driving rhythms made to groove. Expect to hear more from the group in the near future.Toad is a solo artist from the flathead valley, sort of rooted in alt punk accompanied by a couple friends of various musical backgrounds.
